Riverside Pavilion Vendor Event
Crafter Agreement and Liability Disclaimer for Nov. 21,2026
The setting up and disassembly is the sole responsibility of the crafter or exhibitor.
Crafters must be 18 years of age and older.
Crafters are responsible for all items on their tables.
Tables will be rented on a first come, first serve basis.
Due to limited space, large racks, shelving and displays will not be permitted. Please contact
Heather if you have a question..
Fees must be paid before a table can be reserved. There will be no return of fees paid, after two
weeks prior to event.
Doors will open at 8am for set up
Event will run from 10am to 2pm.. Tables must be maintained until 2pm.
There will be no rain date.
Rental prices: Please comment on form below which size table 6’ or 8’
$30 for POSD chamber members
$40 crafters
$50 food truck
